Shepherd’s Harvest is a washed rind sheep milk cheese that is made for the Hope Artisan Dairy Co-op in Aylmer Ontario. This is a ten month old creamy sheep milk cheese that is similar to a Saint Paulin style cheese. It compliments well with fruit and light wines and beers.  Available in 180g portions.
