Pizy is a small cheese that resembles Tomme Vaudoise. It has a mild milky taste with a fresh mushroom aroma which makes it a veritable delight eaten as is or cooked.
Pizy is the name of a tiny Swiss village where Fabienne, the cheesemaker, was raised.

Without a doubt some of the best cheese I’ve ever had. Mild but assertive enough to do well as a snack unto itself. Excellent contrast when served with fruit or cooked and paired with meat. Versatile. Center is so soft it runs.
Delicious cheese! Served with a large charcuterie and cheese board for a large gathering and was the standout amongst a bunch of stars. Would definitely recommend.
