They are something you do not want to miss.  The handmade cheese curds are produced fresh using milk from the family’s dairy farm. These are small batch made, hand cut curds. The natural colour and taste of the milk is reflected in the curds. Immensely rich in flavor and their ‘squeak’ can be enjoyed as a great snack or melted in a number of delicious ways. These artisan made curds pair well with a variety of light and fragrant wines and beers and also with fruit based cheese jellies.
