Back by popular demand! Join Chef Carmen as she takes you through the step by step process of making your very own ricotta. You will leave with an herbed ricotta and a plain ricotta along with the step by step recipe to recreate at home.
*Participants will be required to bring their own containers to take home their ricotta and whey.
