Moo Brew

This is a hand crafted cow’s milk cheese that is modeled after a little known Swiss cheese called Mutchli. It is a mild creamy cheese with buttery flavours. It is rubbed with an expresso blend from Early Bird Coffee in Woodstock and then continues to age for three months

Handeck

This is a hand crafted washed rind cow’s milk cheese that is produced using the same methods as a typical Swiss mountain style cheese. It is available at 24 months old and for December we offer a four year old version. It is delicately aged on pine wood planks adding robust flavors to the cheese. It is a drier hard cheese with very rich and complex flavors and nutty overtones. All of the milk used comes from our family dairy farm. It pairs well with red wines such as Pinot Noir and also dark roasted beers.

Maple Sweet Cheddar

This one is sure to tingle your taste buds, our classic cheddar goat cheese made with 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup. Artfully added as to not take away from the flavour, this soft-textured cheese offers that mild maple syrup flavour with every bite. Add this to you charcuterie board and your guests will fall in love—A true Canadian favourite, eh!

Smokin Goat

Infused with Applewood smoked, this aged cheddar goat cheese is made with 100% farmstead goat’s milk. With a savoury taste that will leave you wanting more, it’s perfect atop grilled vegetables or as an added addition to your charcuterie board!

Cranberry Havarti

Our Cranberry Havarti Goat Cheese is made in Ontario with 100% single source farmstead goat milk and pure Canadian cranberries. It’s a surprisingly irresistible combination that puts a spin on the average Harvarti blend. With a smooth goat cheese flavour and rich cranberry taste, your tastebuds will thank you!

Muskoka Bliss- Cranberry Swiss

Muskoka Bliss is very creamy and is made with dried cranberries from Muskoka. It tastes great on a cheese platter with fruits and nuts or as a snack. It also melts very well, making it a special treat for raclette or grilled cheese sandwiches. Pairs well with light-bodied red wine.

Farmstead Truffle

Farmstead Truffle is a firm cheese, mild and buttery with a natural earthy truffle flavour. It is very creamy with the perfect hint of truffle.

It tastes great on a cheese platter or as a snack. Its melting ability also makes it the perfect cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches, raclette or a pasta dish.

Farmstead Truffle pairs well with light-bodied red wine like a Malbec or Pinot Noir.

Smoked Chipotle

Smoked Chipotle starts out smooth with a hint of smoky flavour then its chipotle heat warms the tongue in all the best ways.  Smoked Chipotle tastes great on a cheese platter or as a snack. Its melting ability makes it the perfect cheese for tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches or spicy mac and cheese casseroles.

Smoked Chipotle pairs well with light-bodied red wine.

Game Changer Red

Game Changer Red is extremely creamy and is soaked in Vineland Estates Winery‘s Game Changer red wine. It tastes great on a cheese platter with fruits and nuts or as a snack. This cheese also melts very well, making it a special treat for raclette or grilled cheese sandwiches. Pairs well with red wine.

Menage a trois
