Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve been on a mission to bring artisanal cheeses, curated gifts, and gourmet pairings to Windsor and beyond. Our goal has always been to create a space that’s as welcoming as it is delicious, where every customer leaves with something special in hand.

Our founder returned home from years abroad and saw Windsor needed a true cheese shop.
We registered and launched with 15 cheeses at the Walkerville Night Market in late spring.
We hosted pop-ups and stocked our first cheeses at Robbie’s Saucisserie shelves.
We launched our first “Cheese Trail” tour, bringing fans along for the ride.
We partnered with CREW to host our first hands-on cheeseboard workshop event.
We moved into Cedar Valley, gaining more space for tasting events and retail.
Post-COVID, we brought back events, café service, and welcomed a new baby to the family.
With restrictions lifted, workshops and in-store tastings made a full return.
We shipped 250+ boxes nationwide and relaunched our in-store workshop series.
