Winter Cheeseboard Workshop

Saturday, February 18th, 2022 from 11am-1pm

Join Sarah, owner of The Cheese Bar, for this Charcuterie & Cheeseboard Workshop.

During this two-hour class you’ll discover unique flavours and textures of artisanal Ontario & Canadian cheeses, explore how to mix and match to create the perfect array, learn practical cutting methods, and get tips for arranging them on your board. A step-by-step demonstration will guide you through the process and give you the skills you need to turn any cheese platter into a work of art. Plus – at the end you get to take the platter for two you’ve just created home with you.

NOT INCLUDED: Please Bring your own knives (one paring and one chef knife) along with a 10″ x 14″ board.
