White Stilton is a younger version of Blue Stilton without the addition of Penicillium Roqueforti (the blue mould that gives traditional Stilton its distinctive blue veins and strong flavour). White Stilton has a light, fresh, slightly acidic flavour that makes it a perfect partner for fruit.

Somerdale White Stilton with Mango and Ginger combines the finest White Stilton cheese with pieces of Mango and Ginger. This produces an exceptional cheese with the Mango adding a fruity flavour and the Ginger adding a mildly warming, spiced overtones.

You can really throw out the rule-book with this cheese as it will partner just about anything, sweet or savoury!

As with the majority of our cheese, White Stilton with Mango and Ginger is suitable for vegetarians.
