Warming Winter Wonders
Classically trained Chef Pascal Tenthorey returns to The Cheese Bar tonight with a winter menu to warm both the spirit and the body. This inspired menu will be served up with samples of perfectly paired beverage alcohol by our visiting product specialist:
Roasted Parsnip and Cheddar soup
Smoked Duck Breast Sliders
Stout Braised Short Ribs with caramelized onions, wilted greens, and garlic mash
Frangelico cheesecake on a white chocolate mirror glaze

Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins. Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
