Chef Lam Harb from House of Pad Thai visits The Cheese Bar tonight to demonstrate the ease of preparing four classic Thai dishes.
Classic Thai Spring Rolls with Pork ~ Ground Pork & veggies wrapped and fried crispy. Served with a sweet chili & plum sauce.
Tom Yum Goong Soup ~ Tiger shrimp, tomatoes, onions, bamboo, and mushrooms in a spicy coconut tamarind broth. Garnished with cilantro & green onions.
Pad Thai with Chicken ~ Chicken, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, and fried egg in a sweet & sour tamarind sauce. Garnished with crispy sprouts, toasted peanuts, and fresh lime wedge.
Sweet Banana in steamed Sticky Rice Parcels ~ Sun dried banana steamed with sticky rice in banana leaves and drizzled with a luscious coconut syrup.
In addition, our product specialist will be pouring sample size of alcohol pairings to show just how versatile Thai food can be for entertaining with friends and family.
Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins. Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
