Monforte Dairy doesn’t like to waste! The dairy has developed a wonderful relationship with a local Mennonite farmer, David E.M Martin.  Monforte Dairy is using their leftover whey from cheese making to feed the farmer’s pigs. In turn they create delicious pepperettes and summer sausage for the dairy!
