Starch-Free Comfort Food
Comfort food can get us through the cold winter months…it can also add on unwanted pounds from the pasta, bread and potatoes that make up its traditional foundation. Tonight, Chef Eugene DiRocco meets the challenge of creating comfort food with none of those starchy ingredients.

Alcohol can also help those dreary months seem not so long, and tonight’s product specialist will pair up samples of four winter warming drinks to pair beautifully with Eugene’s menu.
Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins. Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
