The illustrious Chef Mimmo Casagrande Bei of Koolini Catering joins us tonight for a celebration of spring. Tonight’s menu includes:
Broiled, Stuffed Artichokes with Goat Cheese
Smoked Salmon Carpaccio with Potato and Green Onion Cake
Stuffed Veal Chop with Seasonal Green Vegetable
Almond Brittle Semifreddo with Peanut Butter and Caramel Sauce
This menu will be set against product pairings that will inspire you to join in the celebration of the world’s rebirth after the long winter season.
Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins. Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
