Chef Lam Sordachanh-Harb of The House of Pad Thai returns to the Cheese Bar to continue her journey through Thailand with us. An inspired menu will be paired with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.
Shrimp Fresh Rolls – Lettuce mix, vermicelli noodles, mint, cilantro and tiger shrimp wrapped in rice paper. Served with a side of creamy peanut sauce.
Chicken Coconut Curry Soup – Lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and bean sprouts, and shredded chicken in a medium spiced coconut curry broth. Garnished with fresh basil, and cilantro.
Laab Beef Steaks Salad Entrée – Medium rare beef slices tossed with shallots, cucumber, green beans, and bean sprouts. Seasoned with Kaffir lime, lemongrass, galangal in a chili-fish-lime sauce. Garnished with toasted rice, and fresh Thai herbs.
Jackfruit & Rainbow Tapioca in Sweet Coconut – Fresh jackfruit, rain tapioca noodles, and sweet corn in a sweet coconut sauce
Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins. Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
