Kids Hands on Sushi Rolling Workshop

In this class chef Frank Hasiak from Salt Sushi will guide our future chefs through a fun and interactive experience. The class will begin with you rolling your own California roll served with Ramuné (Japanese pop). Then between the first and second roll you will enjoy bubble tea in assorted flavours. The 2nd roll, everyone will make a Firecracker roll.
Frank Hasiak opened his first sushi restaurant 12 years ago in Grand Bend. When presented with the opportunity to come back to this area he jumped at it and has been part of several sushi bars in the area including Koi Sushi Lasalle , The Sushibar in Belle River & Kōna Sushi in Windsor.
Also during that time, Frank’s wife, Kyla became a very talented sushi chef & they realized it was time to venture off on our own. They opened Salt Sushi and are looking forward to becoming a staple in the area.
The Cheese Bar’s kids workshops are open to kids 10 years old and up. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
