Maple Cream -Ruscom Maple Products

Ruscom Maple Products, by Ruscom Northshore Farms, is located just about 20 minutes from Windsor, 30 minutes from Chatham and nearly 1 hour and a half from London. The region is highly concentrated of French-Canadians, many of them coming from the province of Quebec, where maple products are famous. At this small Ruscom hobby farm, continue the traditions of our family members from Quebec and New Brunswick. Our maple sap is totally collected with buckets, and boiled over a steaming fire, creating the delicious syrup leading to all our maple products, all made with only 100% pure maple syrup and with no added ingredients. We strongly believe in the conservation and the re-forestation of the Essex County, as such, we have planted over 3,000 trees in 4 years. We also support and believe in the “Support Your Local Farmer” and the “Buy Local” movements.
