of Dane & Alley’s! Join these two farmers as they share their tips and tricks on how to finally
grow the garlic of your dreams.

This one-hour workshop will go over the proper time to plant garlic, the ideal depth, care and
everything that it takes to plant garlic. It will also cover information about garlic’s harvest
window: from garlic greens, garlic scapes, green or fresh garlic, all the way to properly curing it
so that it will last you through the winter.

Not only will you go home with knowledge, but you’ll go home with organically-grown seed
garlic that has been bred and saved specifically for Windsor-Essex conditions. After this
workshop, you’ll be a garlic-planting pro!
