Event Details

Although Chef Justin Harb of The House of Pad Thai only cooks Thai right now, that’s not how he started and probably (as with most chefs) not how he’ll finish his career.  Sometimes when we challenge a chef to step out of their comfort zone is when we get the finest results.  Tonight’s menu is a perfect example of that!
Calamari Sliders
Arugula Salad with Crispy Pancetta and Warm Goat Cheese Patties
Braised Beef with Root Vegetables
Blueberry Crème Brulée 

…and our product specialist will serve up samples of four fabulous wines to compliment each course!

Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins.  Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
