Herbal Talks: Create Your Own Nourishing Tea Blend

Dane & Alley, previously of GreenerFarms, are back in Windsor-Essex for a brief time and are
eager to share their homesteading and farming tips with the community. In this workshop, you’ll
be gathering with herbalist and homesteader Alley to learn how to build a nourishing tea blend.
Herbs can feel intimidating to dive into, but using them as teas help bring them down to earth for
us. In this herb talk we’ll enjoy a freshly brewed cup of herbal tea mixed and chosen specifically
to nourish our winter bodies. While we sip, we’ll chat about the ingredients within: how they
support our nervous systems and how we can implement them into our daily lives. We’ll finish
by making an herb mix of our own to take home and drink ourselves or to gift to someone for the
Holidays!

This is a wonderful chance to ask your herbal questions, gather with like-minded folks, and have
a nourishing conversation over tea.
