Hands on Sushi Rolling and Sake Tasting
Frank Hasiak opened his first sushi restaurant 12 years ago in Grand Bend. When presented with the opportunity to come back to this area he jumped at it and has been part of several sushi bars in the area including Koi Sushi Lasalle , The Sushibar in Belle River & Kōna Sushi in Windsor.
Also during that time, Frank’s wife, Kyla became a very talented sushi chef & they realized it was time to venture off on our own. They opened Salt Sushi 10 months ago and are looking forward to becoming a staple in the area.
In his debut class at The Cheese Bar chef Frank Hasiak from Salt Sushi will guide you through a fun and interactive evening of sushi and sake.
The class will begin with appetizer and sushi platters available for guest arrival.
Then breaking up in groups, you will roll your own California rolls (paired with Ozeki cold Sake)
2nd round up, everyone will make a Firecracker roll (paired with Sapporo)
3rd round will be fresh Vegetable Roll (paired with a Sake bomb)
We will finish off the evening with some Green Tea ice cream for dessert
