Halloumi is produced according to the Cypriot traditional cheese-making methods, in accordance with high quality standards in the factory of DODONI in Limassol, Cyprus. With a hint of refreshing mint, it is equally delicious as it is, fried or grilled. Since the high melting point allows Halloumi to form a delicious golden crust.
