Full Moon Soundbath

Event Details

Join Tracy Bellaire for a serene evening of meditation, gentle seated yoga & a soothing soundbath all under the calming glow of candlelight. The theme for this session is “Letting Go”- letting go of what no longer serves us and creating space for peace & clarity.

What to bring- yoga mat, eye covering, blanket and any other comfort items that will help you fully relax.

Where-The Cheese Bar Event Space
25 Amy Croft Drive (in the Sobeys plaza, at the corner, across the street from Estetica), entrance is off Amy Croft.

When-Wednesday, October 16th 7-8pm
Doors open at 6:45pm.
