Demystifying Meringue- a Pavlova Experience in March

Join us this evening in welcoming Michèle Bowman, owner of Sweetness Chocolates, a local baker turned craft chocolate maker. This fabulous and dynamic woman specializes in small batch, bean to bar chocolate here in Windsor, specializing in chocolate filled with flavours and inclusions.
During this 2hr workshop you will be covering all types of meringue and different uses for every kind. Then we will be building your own little pavlovas to eat at the shop.
We suggest that you bring an apron and please arrive at the class 15 min early so we can start on time.
