Chef Rafe Hanna will be joining us at The Cheese Bar.  A young Middle Eastern chef, Rafe has an incredible past upon which to draw for his cooking inspiration and puts his own special mark on all the food he makes.

Doma (stuffed grape leaves): traditional braised grape leaves stuffed with a unique Mediterranean rice mix

Roasted Red Pepper Lentil Soup:  a twist on an authentic lentil soup…creamy pureed red lentils with a hardy roasted red pepper blend.

Chicken Tikka with Saffron Basmati & Grilled Vegetables: light and tangy marinated chicken skewers served with a vibrant saffron basmati rice & grilled summer vegetables.

Ricotta cheesecake with fig and honey: a smooth and creamy cake of both cream cheese and ricotta cheese, slightly sweetened and topped with a complementing fig and honey mix.

Look forward to some really interesting beverage alcohol pairings too, that will give you wonderful entertaining ideas!

Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins.  Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
Patrons must be 19 years of age or older.
