Local Chef Rob Nesbitt creator of the delicious menus at Salty Dog, Burger 67, & Nola’s to name a few has teamed up with Robbie Bornais of Robbie’s Gourmet Sausages to dazzle us tonight with a four-course meal menu that is sure to please!
Appetizer – SALSA BAR -Tortilla chips. Salsa de arbol, Salsa verde and Salsa del fuego
1st Course – AQUACHILE -Sea bass. guava, avocado, lime, pomegranate, fresh mint and onions
2nd Course – CHICHARRON CON SALSA DE MANGO Y SALSA VERDE -Locally sourced authentic meaty Chicharron, mango salsa, salsa verde y avocado y tomatillo
3rd Course – CARIBBEAN PRAWN DUMPLINGS –Steamed Mexican inspired shrimp dumplings, chicken bone broth, green onions, cilantro and radishes
4th Course – BRAISED PORK AL PASTOR – Al Pastor marinated pork, creamy polenta, fire-roasted pineapple salsa and salsa verde
Digestif – CARIBBEAN MANGO SORBET
Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and enjoy a glass of wine or beer before your class begins, beer and wine will also be available for purchase with dinner.
