Best Wine & Cheese Party Ever
In a tribute to the amazing space in which these cooking classes take place, Chef Pascal Tenthorey is offering a menu emanating from some of the incredible cheeses available here at The Cheese Bar.
- Arugula and Watercress Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
- White Balsamic Glazed Atlantic Salmon under Layers of Sharp Gouda and Parmesan Chips.
- Seared Chicken Breast stuffed with Kale, Creamy Local Pagwa Cheese and Pistachios (served with seasonal vegetable)
- Panna Cotta with a Port and Cherry Reduction
To pair these incredible dishes with wine, our product specialist Aaron Pitcher will be joining us this evening. Four fabulous wines will be exclusively chosen to bring out all the best that these dishes have to offer.
