Born in Germany & chef trained in Europe, Chef Helmut Markert has become one of our own.  His level of cuisine has proven to be of the highest caliber and presentation is truly one of his marks.  Tonight’s menu will be paired by our product specialist John Brass to tie everything together in one spectacular package:

  • Curried Carrot and Apple Soup
  • Quinoa Salad with Sweet Potato and Pears
  • Roasted Pork in Sage-Butter (with Red Beet Purée and Swiss Chard)
  • Plum Tart
