Always Time for Thai
Not only did Chef Justin Harb meet the love of his life by offering to work for free at her restaurant, but he discovered a love of Thai food that extended long past the internship. House of Pad Thai is where he (and his wife, Lam) call home these days, and tonight’s menu reflects their time there, and their multiple travels back to Thailand.
- An appetizer of Fresh Rolls with grilled chicken, served with spicy lime peanut dipping sauce
- Fresh Thai Mango Salad served with spicy lime dressing garnished with peanuts and cilantro
- Our main course will be Pad Krapow Gai Minced (chicken, stir-fried with holy basil, fresh chili, chopped green beans in a slightly sweet soy brown sauce. Served on steamed rice topped with a fried egg).
- Mango Sticky Rice, a classic Thai dessert, will round out the evening.
Tonight’s product specialist, Elise Croizier, will pair everything from beer and wine to spirits or cocktails with these dishes, demonstrating the flexible nature of Thai cuisine with beverage alcohol.
