Asiago Turkey Bites in Puff Pastry with Caramelized Apple Butter

We’ll also have 4 alcoholic beverages coming out, crossing over between a few of these to demonstrate versatility with your drinks.

Doors open at 6:30pm should you wish to come and purchase a glass of wine or beer before your class begins. Each class includes an ample portion of each food item plus a sample sized beverage alcohol pairing for each menu item.
